1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using FloatCrafter ("the Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information.

3. Service Plans (Free and Pro)

FloatCrafter offers a Free plan (read-only planning mode) and paid Pro plans that unlock full execution and advanced features as described on the pricing page. Plan details may evolve over time.

4. Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through your billing portal — your access continues until the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

5. No Financial Advice

FloatCrafter provides calculations and tooling only. It does not provide investment, financial, or legal advice. Trade-up results depend on real market conditions and are never guaranteed. You are solely responsible for all trade and market decisions. Virtual in-game items carry real financial risk. Do not trade more than you can afford to lose.

6. Availability

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that any feature will remain available. We may perform maintenance, apply updates, or restrict access without prior notice. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime or service interruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, branding, and design, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, personal right to use the Service. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell any part of the Service.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or permanently close accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, attempt to circumvent technical restrictions, or pose a security risk — without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Active paid plans are not refunded on termination for rule violations.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for unlawful activity. You are responsible for compliance with third-party platform rules, including Steam's terms of service.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FloatCrafter is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including trading losses, lost profits, or lost data.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law based on the operator's jurisdiction unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
