1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using FloatCrafter ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Subscriptions & Payment

Access to the FloatCrafter desktop application requires an active paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service. You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Steam's Terms of Service.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of profit, trading losses, or indirect damages arising from use of the Service.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
